Robert was very nice to me and my family. We talked about what he was going to do today and he got on it. He also explained what kind of poison he put so our dog wouldn't get sick. All in all it was a first good experience. Now let see if this stuff works.

Chase from Palisades Pest Control is one of my favorite people that service my home in any capacity. He’s so patient, understanding, and great at his job! He has come several times for my quarterly service and listened carefully to the specific areas I was hoping to give extra attention to each time. Most recently this week, he called a few minutes into my 2 hour window to apologize for not being there on the dot (8-10 am block). I told him I was grateful for the extra few minutes to tidy up and not to worry at all. Great job as always, Chase! 😊
