One Call Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration

Excellent!!! Came out on 4th of July!! AC was not keeping up with the heat. Compressor went out and was back Monday in the heat to set us up with a new unit. Ours of 22 yrs finally broke down. So grateful for Jeff and his work in this heat to get us back up and running. Much appreciated and great work and communication.

I had a lot of questions about my HAVC system which is pretty complex. I have two different systems on three levels, and I wanted to know about adding a mini split on one level and swapping out ducting on another section. Jeff was friendly, ontime, and gave me all the information I need to make an informed decision about next steps.

Called the number during NWAs single digit degree weekend and Jeff was able to inspect our unit only 20 minutes after calling. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and identified the issue with our unit. Will be calling One Call Air for anything related to my HVAC going forward. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know in NWA!
