One of the worst servive I had, I was told my tests and physicals are all under regular covered by insurence and now I am getting my bill saying those are not covered and they charged me for it.
When I reach back them they are not even responding to emails/phone calls and even when i attend the office The staff is saying manager is out of office or billing department is not available.

THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible.. do NOT go to this place!! I have no idea how this place is even still going.. thier billing situation is absolutely horrible.. and at this point I'm pretty sure its not accidental..BUT ITS COMPLETE FRAUD!! AND THEY KNOW IT.. read other reviews to see what I mean about billing.. on both occasions it was paid up front and end up getting outrageous bills in the mail with no explanation.. and one ended up going to a collectors agent and then on top of that you can't get ahold of anybody at the office!! I REPEAT THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!!

The facility is gross. Strong mold and chemical smell upon entering. So much humidity the seating was damp. I had to leave as it caused an asthma attack. The indoor humidity was really bad. If you are sensitive to mold or extremely high levels of indoor humidity, stay away. I did not get seen by the doctor because the setting itself was too unhealthy for me. They said it was an issue with the roof and every time it rains. Not a good sign for a medical office.

Toby is amazing. So friendly and easy to work with. He actually listens. The staff was quite helpful with my questions too. The only thing I hated was how hard it is to get a hold of somebody through their automated system.

This place is The worst place needs to be shut down. It’s expensive, and they didn’t even tell me what they were gonna charge me for. Or the co pay that I would later receive in the mail! the deductible as well. First of all my insurance should’ve covered it all, why was it $900. And then I owe $200 still. I’m not paying anything to this place
And then every time the doctor calls me and I don’t answer because I’m not by my phone because I don’t run on their schedule,I have to call back and go through this five minute process before I can speak to the front desk, lady, which then tells me that I’m going to have to wait till the doctor calls back again . I just need my pills refilled. I don’t need her to call me back.And the front desk lady is kind of rude. Do not recommend this place. I’d give it no stars if I could

Laura in billing is incredibly disrespectful. I see I got a missed call this morning (no caller id) I call them back saying I got a missed call and was met with “Well who are you, I don’t know your name” instead of a simple Hi this is Laura at billing for Northwest. Laura make sure you are taking notes on how to speak to people. Terrible service, I will happily hang up in your face if I don’t receive basic respect.
Like many of the other bad reviews I was also wrongly billed for appointments, not sure if that’s on billing or my insurance. I went from owing $900+ to now nothing so very suspicious that this has happened multiple times.
Sad to see the billing department is tanking the reviews for this place doctors are decent I don’t have much feedback on them.

After trying to schedule an appointment. I was refused to be seen. Saying that I may have a medical condition that may require immediate medical attention. Why do you think I'm trying to get an appointment. This is a medical facility that refused to see me
