At first it was ok....than they messed up with work blood and didn't want to take responsibility....it took two weeks for thing that should be done withing few days....

Dr Smith is absolutely the best. He is not like any other doctor you’ve ever met. I was going downhill fast, gaining weight, fatigued all the time and just checking out of life…until I found Dr Smith. He fixed my gut, and my brain, and my thyroid. He fixed me! And he’s very personable and easy to talk to. If you’ve got problems with fatigue, balance issues, weight gain or several other issues, go see him. You won’t regret it. And Chris, the nurse practitioner in the general practice office is amazing too. She helped me fine natural homeopathic options to help treat some of my issues. This clinic is about functional medicine, without the use of drugs and other toxins. And it works! 100% recommend!!

I started getting hormone replacement therapy about 9 months ago and have had great luck! I'm no longer drained of energy, I'm sleeping through the night, no longer weepy, and have been losing weight much easier than before. Although it did take some adjustments to find where i needed to be, there was no extra charge for this, and the nurse practitioner was very informative.
Staff is super friendly and going above and beyond to help with all my questions and working around my crazy schedule.

I regret trusting them with my healthcare—I will not return to their office due to lack of disclosure and negligence. I went to them for hormone replacement therapy because I had zero estrogen and deficient testosterone. I had chronic fatigue and wanted to balance my hormones. We had a consultation and scheduled bloodwork; based on the bloodwork, they gave me hormone pellets that were released into the body and last about three months (Biote). I thought this may be a better alternative to taking a daily troche for hormone replacement.
At my third scheduled appointment, I let them know I have had unusual weight gain. The nurse practitioner said it was a side effect of testosterone and can cause muscle and water weight. THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME before agreeing to have the pellets. I asked her why this was not disclosed to me, as I would have opted out. I told her I had put on 15 lbs. drastically changed my body composition. Also, my heart was racing a lot. The nurse gave me some tips on what to do, but she did not offer to change my testosterone then, and there or to do another blood panel to see where my testosterone was. She still did bring in the physician.
She inserted the fourth round of pellets. After two more months, I did everything the nurse told me to do, and I still put on another 5 lbs, so now the total is 20 lbs of muscle and water weight. I was continuing to gain and gain. I let them know I was depressed about this and asked if they could help me get back to where I was. I eat clean, exercise, and take care of my body. This was unusual for me. I wanted help. The only thing she offered was to do less on testosterone at the next visit. I requested an appointment with the Physician and nurse, and they ignored me. This is NOT medical care; they do not care for their patients. This is negligence, and they only care about getting patients' money. I also found out this happened with other patients as well as me. I am looking into a malpractice claim.

Had my arthritis toe injected several years ago And it did not help fix my problem as stated. Would not recommend this company!!

I had the Regenerative injections in each hip about 1 1/2 years ago. After only 3 months the lower points rebuilt 1.64 and 1.86 where there was no tissue, fortunately the two upper points still had tissue. Thank God I found them, a blessing to be able to walk, sit and lay on those hips. Highly recommend. Now we just need medicare to pay for the shots. Better than getting surgery and having to do physical therapy. Know too many people that ended up having severe problems after surgery from losing a leg after bacteria got into the knee and one ended up in a wheel chair after hip replacement surgery, along with others having severe pain for months.
