Had a really great experience at this urgent care today. I woke up in the night with horrible pain in my ear after being sick with cold like symptoms for a week. I was able to schedule an appointment at 9:30 am (same day), I arrived at 9:15 and was in and out and on my way to a pharmacy by 10. They were friendly, caring, professional, and efficient! I am so thankful for people who work in these medical facilities on nights/weekends, life savers they are!
The staff was friendly and the doctor had great bedside manner. Very personable! My appointment started right on time. While waiting in the operators for test results, both the doctor and the nurse checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and to keepMe posted that the results were almost ready. I thought that was very courteous!
