I see a great Dr. at this clinic on occasion. It is always quick in, and quick out when I go my appts. The place is clean and staff is very courteous, and respectful. I've never had any complaints, anytime I've ever been. Highly recommended!
Toby is amazing. So friendly and easy to work with. He actually listens. The staff was quite helpful with my questions too. The only thing I hated was how hard it is to get a hold of somebody through their automated system.
We use Dr Sheppard and usually don't have any issues. Occasional there are mix ups with prescriptions. Had Dr Karr but she is difficult to work with. She refused my doctor's not for day one because I came in the second day and refused to give me zolpidum refills so I changed doctors. Overall they are good. If you want you blood drawn here it probably will not happen because they pay the lab people less than any other place so lab work will be difficult to get.
