Lauren Greenhaw is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and relational professional on the medical team I have ever encountered at Mercy. She takes the time to get it right and to follow up.. rare in this world..
I wish there was a way to rate the Quest diagnostics inside the mercy I street location without downing Mercy too much. But I can’t find a way.
So, to the pretty blonde girl who was so unhelpful and rude: I was disappointed that your demeanor did not match your well kept appearance. You treat your customers like another number and don’t even try to guide them toward resolution of their problems. If your goal was to make me feel like I was just another thing on your to-do list, then you succeeded.
