It was a good experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Brian did a great job working to diagnose the potential issues, and I was able to work through some good recovery.
What can I say about this staff? Well nothing but GREAT things to say. I started off weaker than I'd ever felt in my life. Wobbling legs and constant vertigo. The team has been working with me for at least 6 weeks and we're getting so close to being able to walk without a cane. I will still need assistance due to vertigo spells and and being incapable of walking long distances but this team is phenomenal in everything they do. Thanks for all the patience and care you provide. Anybody who comes here will love the staff and the patient care. They actually listen to you! Thats a huge deal for me.
The team at GTS Physical Therapy in Bentonville is amazing! Brian does such a great job of explaining why and how the PT will help you specifically. Brian, Elizabeth, Chase and Maggie always make me feel so welcome and I didn’t dread going to therapy twice a week. Highly recommend you give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Thanks team for all you do!
