Broken spring. Shawn was very professional and fast. I was so impressed that I decided to have them replace my entire garage door with a insulated one. Update: Shawn came back same week and replaced my entire garage system. He was fast is very personable. I am sooo pleased with the new system, quiet as a mouse and the technology is amazing on the opener. Highly recommend!

I have used Garage Medic before both times they came out they were efficient. Did a great job quickly took care of what needed to be done and the price is very reasonable. We will always use them.

My garage door broke today and they were great and got someone out today. He fixed it on the spot. At some point it may need a more major fix and they are providing estimates for that. I like that they didn’t just jump to you have to replace it, no other options. Thanks.
