I am a product of the 90’s over plucking era and have been filling in my brows for the last few years. With age they have stopped growing and have started to thin. I have always wanted my eyeliner done permanently but when I won this permanent makeup session I decided to go with my eyebrows. I’m soooo glad I made this decision!!!
