Amazing experience at Dogwood Trails! The lobby is welcoming, and the receptionist was genuinely friendly. Vet tech Kim was thorough, caring, and gentle with my senior kitty after a stressful week in the ER. Dr. O’Keef immediately impressed me with her compassion and personalized approach. She listened carefully, created a week by week pain management plan, and focused on giving my cat the best chance to walk again. Her transparency and ongoing monitoring plan was reassuring. Everyone was welcoming and very kind to both myself and my pup. Care was thorough, compassionate and reasonable. Small town feel and approach. Definitely needed in this growing market
We love our Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital family. Our sweet boy English bulldog has been treated here with so much care and love. He loves when his sweet providers get all the way on the floor with him and give him all of the attention he could ask for.
