I would highly recommend Cocoon Yoga Lab. I was visiting Bentonville for a couple of days and got a 3 day unlimited class guest pass for $38. I took an aerial flow class, a hammock sound bath, and a moving meditation class. I had never taken a yoga class before, and I very much enjoyed each experience!! They were extremely welcoming and took the extra steps to make sure I felt comfortable.It is very apparent that there is a beautiful community at this studio. I wish we had something like this where I live. Thank you for a lovely experience! Cocoon Yoga Lab was the highlight of my trip!

I love Cocoon and the atmosphere it provides. Everyone is so down to Earth and truly cares about each other. The classes are incredible with such variety to choose from. Some days I go for a sweaty challenging session, and some days I go lay down with a blanket for peace of mind.
