We had yellow jackets making a nest in our wall! Michael came out exactly on time and was very thorough in treating the problem and explaining everything he was doing and why. Yellow jackets are gone and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend!

Moved into my first home, so I was needing someone to spray the yard before I let my dog run outside. Called a different company first that said you’re not a priority being a one time thing. Immediately hung up on them because wow you actually said that. I called up Allen’s Pest management- Joe picked up the phone- Most professional customer experience I’ve ever had. Immediately starts asking helpful questions and booked my appointment for the same day! Michael, the technician, called me to give me a heads up he was on the way. New to NWA and was very concerned to find a brown recluse spider in my home. After a very sleepless night I contacted Allen Pest Management, a technician was at my house first thing the following morning. Michael, my tech, was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and incredibly efficient in identifying possible entry points and administering appropriate treatment. Would highly recommend Allen’s pest treatment services/management…we will be using them exclusively from this point forward. Thanks Michael and Joe, we appreciate you both.
