I reached out to Ridout to purchase slab materials. Josh answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. Great service with fast answers! They scheduled the delivery of the material for 2 days later. I called the next day and asked if we could just pick up the material to start the work sooner. Josh answered said yes and they would have it ready. I forgot I had paid a delivery fee so I never asked for a refund. I later received a notification from my banking app with a credit from Ridout and it was the delivery fee. I never asked, they just had great service! I'm more than impressed! THANK YOU!
I had an awesome experience with Ridout in Benton, AR. Josh & Ron went out of their way to assist with an item I needed to repair my countertop. Josh offered to personally stop by my home to bring me a part while he and Ron were in route to another one of their stores. I am grateful for their assistance. It is not often that anyone or any buisness go over and beyond the call of duty for a customer. They did not have to do it but they did! Thank you Josh, Ron & Ridout!
I've purchased a bunch of lumber and misc building supplies from this store over the years. Good friendly staff and will get you loaded up and on your way quickly. The lumber yard is very cramped so don't pull a trailer through it if you arent confident in your skills in pulling/backing one.
