Sam was working on my floor and I had a family emergency. He helped me through the shock and gave me a nice hug when I got home, then listened to me rattle on for a bit. This is exactly the kind of service you get at Mullins!
The owner and top employees called to check on me as well. Fabulous company!
Our experience with Mullins Carpet could not have gone better. From our first visit with Alvin and Katie to the installation with Samuel, they could not have made the process smoother. They assisted us with choosing the carpet, gave us advice, measured, set up the installation date, and installed the carpet with gorgeous and flawless results. We looked elsewhere before we found Mullins and the competition’s prices were much higher. We wish we could give them a hundred stars, so without question, if you’re looking for flooring, these folks are the way to go.
