Hard to get any responses about setting up a appointment to get estimates to replace everything. I'll take my money else where.

I called this business twice by mistake. The first time that I called and spoke with Tommy, he informed me that they charge a fee of $87 plus tax for traveling to the property and spend up to fifteen minutes to estimate what is wrong with the furnace. After their arrival, if they are unable to light the pilot light and start the furnace, within travel time and within the fifteen minutes to examine the furnace and determine why it does not light, it will cost an additional $80 per hour for their time.I thought their prices were extremely high, especially for Bryant, Arkansas, which is a small town with approximately 20,000 residents.I contacted another Heating & Air... read full review

From the first interaction with the repair guy, to the salesman to the installers, these guys were super professional. They're all so nice. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Jones for my new heat/air system. They have a new customer for life.
