I hired Mr. Birch for pre-purchase inspection from another state. He is very focused and accommodating. Replying messages and calls very fast out of working hours. Within 48 hours the task was finished and the delivered report was very easy to understand with clear recommendations. He highlighted two defects of the house that has not been revealed from another inspection report a few month ago.
