He responded right away to our inquiry, came to our house to see our actual situation, explained things well to us and soon sent us a proposal with all the details--another company had just sent us a satellite image of our house and a price, but never came to actually look at it. Josh's products are of high quality and the work was done efficiently and without undue delay. Along the way it was easy to communicate with him. Oh, his price was better than the other company. After shopping around for solar for a while we went with Ozark Solar for several reasons starting with the fact that they were very transparent and personable from the beginning, always answering our questions and helping us understand everything solar. We found the cost of the system was more than reasonable and very competitively priced. The quality of the customer service Tanner and Josh provided was really professional and made things a breeze!
