“I love the staff ! They are so friendly and courteous. I love how they get you motivated and always ask if the exercises are causing pain as the treatment continues on. They really care about your progress and comfort during your PT therapy session. My Mom went here a few years ago and loved the place ! I used to pick her up and we would go out to eat afterwards. A positive note: they ALWAYS sanitize the equipment and treatment tables. This is important to me. I was a nurse and very concerned about about the spread of viruses and germs. They work with all types of rehab conditions and all ages of adults. Best place, hands down for your PT needs !! Way to go guys !!“

“Anna was lovely, my normal massage spa was not available today so I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried Bella Vista Spa & Massage. Annas massage was perfect. She has a firm and intentional hand. Something hard to find in my opinion. Keep in mind that English is not her first language. She was however very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend you give it a try.“

“Mojo Massage might be the best place to go after I called ahead to schedule a massage after the Bentonville half and had an amazing experience thanks to Kelly. I asked her to give me as hard pressure of a massage as possible (since "hard pressure" at a lot of other places is fairly weak) and it was better than any other massage I've ever had. She put a ton of pressure on my legs, possibly puting more effort into the massage than I put into my race, and to the point that I actually had to ask her to put less pressure. Despite that pressure, her massage was also extremely consistent, and I could tell she was really well practiced. She also spent extra time on my neck when I requested it. Outside of being a perfect post-run massage, the place was very clean and organized, and the front desk lady was extremely hospitable, and is definitely now my go to massage place.“

“If you've never had soft tissue work with a chiropractic adjustment, I highly recommend you try it. Dr.Badder is very knowledgeable. He is informative, personable, and kind. He's not the type of doctor that tries to sell you on some crazy plan to keep you coming back in. He gets to the root of the body going out of alignment. If soft tissue stays tight it's pretty pointless on getting adjustments because the muscles and tendons will just keep the same cycle. I've never left a chiropractor feeling as good as I did with my first appointment with Dr.Badders. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment with him.“
