I consider myself a massage connoisseur and Megan gave one of the best, most relaxing massages I've ever received. Just the right amount of pressure to be therapeutic yet relaxing. Very highly recommend!

I have been looking for a new massage therapist for awhile. I have finally found this place. I had an appointment with Robin and she figured out how to get rid of the knots in my shoulders from work without making me feel sore. At the end of my appointment she showed me a couple of stretches I can do at work to help alleviate some of my pain as well. She seemed to really care that I felt better and let me know I could call any time with questions. Bonus- I meant to ask her to tape my shoulder and forgot. When I called back she said she could work me in or if I had it at home she could FaceTime and walk my husband through how to do it if I couldn't get back in. ...read full review

All massages include aromatherapy, hot towels, cupping/GuaSha, hot stone, and theragun if preferred. Infrared Sauna and red light therapy available. Owner Robin Hodges has a BS in Physiology, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and self proclaimed anatomy nerd. "I enjoy figuring out how to help people 'undo' all the things they do to themselves everyday with the wide variety of modalities I have learned over the years," she says. "The name 89 & IVY came from my Grandmother. She was my favorite person in the world. Her name was Iva but everyone called her Ivy. She passed away when she was 89. This is my way to help keep her memory alive and I believe this is the type of spa she would have loved to visit."
