It's been one week since I got my helix piercing at Erin's Aesthetics. She was very nice and explained everything clearly. Everything was short and easy from the paperwork to the jewelry selection and the actual piercing. She knew exactly where to place it to fit my ear and thought ahead to when I can change to a hoop and how it would set on my ear.

Taylor pierced my conch and she was such a delight! Extremely personable, professional, and informative. She also made me feel at ease and was super attentive to infection control. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and I will be back!

Taylor and Erin are so amazing! As someone newer to piercings that aren't lobes, they educated me and were both so patient and kind. My experience was phenomenal. They also handled a rude customer with grace and professionalism. When I entered for my appointment on time, another customer immediately arrived behind me 30 minutes early and then became upset because they were talking to me first and not them. They left and didn't get a piercing. I really enjoyed my experience and am so happy I went to them. 💜😊
