Sears Appliance Repair

Sears Appliance Repair in Batesville provides fast and dependable appliance repair service for refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, washers, and dryers. The local technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and communicate well, with their expertise being greatly appreciated. However, some customers report significant issues with scheduling and logistics. Problems include a difficult telephone tree, having to pay a service fee for a return visit to reconnect a part, and technical payment issues causing rescheduled appointments. A common complaint is technicians not arriving with the necessary parts despite pre-submitted model information, leading to extended repair times where customers were without an appliance for a month. These logistical problems are noted as being beyond the technician's control. The business has over 1.3 million 5-star reviews nationwide.
