Well where do I begin. Anyone who knows me, knows that I ask many, many questions & I can be a big pain when it comes to my babies. My first thought is always of my babies & I do the talking for those who cannot. All I have to say is that Dr. Carr & his complete staff have patience of steel when dealing with me & my babies. They explain everything in detail & give my babies the absolute best care. Example: Our baby Great Pyrenees had a problem with one of her knees. I give a 4 star rating because on April 30th me and my husband went in and got our male cat fixed as soon as we walked in we was met with attitude by the lady at the desk even when leaving she had attitude I love the place but I think they need to either get a new lady upfront or have a conversation with her because that’s unprofessional behavior but I would go there again because the vet herself was sweet and very caring my baby came back home unharmed and very excited to be home his incision looks very well I’m glad I get to take his cone off tomorrow
My pooch had a nasty infection in her mouth. It was really smelly and she wasn't acting herself. I am not from around here so I did a quick search and found Cedar Creek Vet. They took me right in, did a pretty accurate diagnosis, and got her started on antibiotics. They also recommended some other interventions which I am still contemplating. I am relieved that my dog is getting better and am very pleased with the service I received at CCV.
