We love Rice Heating and Air. We have used them for all of our Air conditioning needs for the last five years. In that time they have always been courteous, professional, and honest. They have served us with nothing but the highest quality in customer service and integrity. They don't use pushy sales tactics but they will give you an honest review of replacement options and repair costs if you ask them for it. Not one to leave a review often, but it needed to be done.In today's age there just isn't as many companies who TRULY care about the experience you are receiving, or your situation as a customer.These guys, they hit that nail right on the head. Micah and his guys are extremely knowledgeable in their field and helped diagnose a problem that was more than tedious. They were more than punctual, and quick to respond despite no rush to get things done. I live quite a drive out of town and that didn't stop them from a quick and timely response.Come the winter or summer months when your comfort matters, trust Rice to get it done right.
