Once I talked to Mike Meehan the sales rep and we confirmed the deal a few days later Loren Bierly and Jack Story called they were 15 minutes out and they showed up at my door and promptly went to work. I want to say it took them about 4 to 5 hours and they had my new unit in with new supple lines and my new digital wifi thermostat in place and operating as advertised.

We live in WA & purchased this for our Aunt who lives in Montebello, CA. Same day ordering & delivery was quick and easy. A++ I'll never shop anywhere else again.
