Running about 10 minutes late for my first visit ITEC, I called this office to a. reschedule the appointment, or b. come on in. After the receptionist was rude, and put the phone down without telling me, I was told to come on in.Upon my arrival, I encountered the most unacceptable unprofessional staff members I’ve ever seen at a doctors office. I was scolded, and disrespected by the front desk lady, for being a few minutes late. But then the tech who took me back was impatient, belittling and had zero empathy for dealing with a patient. Rude staff! Change apt then change again. Very inconsiderate of patients time. When they canceled on me, actually threatened to bill me as a no show if I didn't reschedule. Go somewhere else.
