Had a roof leak, got in touch with Simon and came out the same day I called for an estimate on the repair and gave a reasonable quote and got their crew to come out 2 days later when they could and got it fixed within a few hours. Quick work and good communication.

They didn't over charge me and tell me I had to get the whole job redone, they fixed what needed to be fixed, when they said they would fix it, and I never had to hunt them down.
