Bought a Dell laptop from James at Computer Doctor earlier this year, and recently discovered that my Windows 10 was not activated. Called, and James remotely activated it for me, plus tried to figure out a audio driver issue for me. Great customer service, and very knowlegeable. Will definitely do business with again!
The Computer Doctor, James, has repaired several computers for me and was able to recover all of my data after a lightning strike. I find this business to be professional, knowledgeable and with good communication. It’s best to call and make an appointment to go there or arrange for James to visit your location.
After quite a bad power surge the Computer Doctor was able the diagnose the components that failed in my gaming/streaming PC. He worked with me (with no additional charge I might add) when there were more bad components than we initially discovered.Yes, he does take time to diagnose and repair tech. You might also notice he is the only computer technician in the River Region! Good quality service takes time, especially when you have such a large area to service alone.I hope I don't have to use his services again, but if so I know exactly where I'm going! Highly recommend his services.
