My Apple MacBook Pro wouldn’t turn on one Saturday morning, so I searched for local repair services and found Computer Dr. I’m so glad I did!
I had never dealt with a repair like this before, but the process was easy and convenient. I met the Computer Dr “ambulance” at the scheduled time and location. James took my information, gave me a receipt, and handed me a paper with a QR code.

Bought a Dell laptop from James at Computer Doctor earlier this year, and recently discovered that my Windows 10 was not activated. Called, and James remotely activated it for me, plus tried to figure out a audio driver issue for me. Great customer service, and very knowlegeable. Will definitely do business with again!
