“We had a very negative experience with the Invisible Fence owner and when we had a break in the line we dreaded dealing with him so much we just stopped using the collars. We had friends use Dog Watch and got them over to have a look. Even though they weren’t the original install team they fixed our fence for a reasonable price and were very prompt/professional. Can’t overstate how much I’d recommend them over invisible fence.”
“For the most part I’m pleased with the fence and the quality of work. There was some miscommunication/possible language barrier regarding one section of fence where they installed the finished side on the inside of the fence but I didn’t realize what they were doing until they’d already started putting up the pickets. We discussed much smaller section being done that way, not the whole run on that side and he went a bit closer to the property line on one corner than I’d asked. They left mud/rocks/cement chunks and a wooden structure in my neighbors yards and a few details were lacking in execution, one random shorter panel, a panel left in-nailed at the bottom, hinge installed a bit high etc..
