Dogwatch of Central Alabama is a business that provides electronic hidden dog fences, pet containment systems, and pet-friendly training products to the Greater Birmingham, Anniston, and Tuscaloosa area. The fences are suitable for both dogs and cats and can be used indoors and outdoors. They feature a pet-friendly FM radio signal, a life-time equipment warranty, and the longest battery life in the industry.
Customers have had their Dogwatch fences for over 12 years and have had positive experiences with the company. The underground wire has occasionally broken, but customers have been able to repair it themselves or have had the company send someone to fix it quickly. The batteries and collars are long-lasting and reasonably priced. The company is praised for their professionalism, quick response to repairs and replacement parts, and friendly and knowledgeable installers.
Many customers express satisfaction with the company, noting their courteous and professional service. They appreciate the quick response times, especially when facing urgent deadlines. One customer mentioned that Chad, who handled their installation, was efficient and thorough, taking care of everything from digging the trench to training their dogs. Overall, Dogwatch of Central Alabama is a reliable and trustworthy company that provides high-quality pet containment systems while offering excellent customer care.
We had a very negative experience with the Invisible Fence owner and when we had a break in the line we dreaded dealing with him so much we just stopped using the collars. We had friends use Dog Watch and got them over to have a look. Even though they weren’t the original install team they fixed our fence for a reasonable price and were very prompt/professional. Can’t overstate how much I’d recommend them over invisible fence.
Again Dog Watch is an exceptional way to keep your dogs safe. I lost the ability to keep the unit functioning called Dog Watch and the soon discovered lightening had struck the underground fencing. They repaired it and replaced my dog collar’s batteries and we were set to go again. All in one day. Thanks Clint your service was great!
Clint was the best installing the underground wire. Never want to use anyone else. Had 13 years experience compared to people just out of high school with other company. He did it right and they didn’t seem to care.
