Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in guiding me through this process. Absolutely the best. He went above and beyond with every encounter, answered every question my husband and I had as first time homebuyers, even when they were outside of his direct position. Everything was always communicated up front, clearly, and concisely. If we did have a question, he was patient, reassuring, and genuine. Ryan provided absolutely spectacular communication, both in terms of reaching out to us and returning communication when we contacted him. From our first meeting (before we even submitted for pre-approval), we felt like he cared about us as individuals and took care of us, and we will certainly be reaching out to him again for any further mortgages.
