A person by the name of Le’Darrion Gilchrist, who claims to work from your company, agreed to come out and take down old garage door and put up a new door. Since the new door we had did not fit, we had to purchase a new one, which we purchased as he was taking down old door.
According to my husband, he did not put all the new parts on that would cause the door to open and close and advised my husband to just operate it “manually!” After putting on new parts that accompanied the nee door, it still would now not work the remote. My husband , who had paid him $400, asked for $200, plus the $20 tip back since he really didn’t fix the door to operate properly.
