Do not buy their membership. Total ripoff. They lead you to believe that you can use anytime. Very bait and switch techniques. I’m out $180 and zero massages. The two massages I did get before buying my membership were just so so massages! Not awful but definitely not the best! For the price there are much better options in town!

When booking a spa reservation, most of us expect a relaxing, pleasurable experience. Unfortunately, mine was frustrating and anything but peaceful. The Hand and Stone franchise’s computer system seems unable to retain client information. This was my third visit, and each time I was required to complete the same ten minute questionnaire again. The app never worked properly, and no one could resolve either issue. After several other glitches, I gave up and canceled my membership.

Horrible customer service. If your doctor has to change your appointment to the time of your massage and you need to reschedule they’ll charge you half the fee. DO NOT GO HERE!
Oh and the girl at the front desk couldn’t care less about her customers.

Worst massage I ever had. When I complained to the staff they said we have never had another complaint. The person doing the massage barely even massaged by skin, just poked at my muscles. Never come to this place it will be a waste of time and money

Can’t say enough good things about Hand and Stone! This is a great place that is nestled in the heart of Vestavia Hills, making it the perfect spot to fit in with my busy schedule. I have had both massage therapy services and a facial - both were excellent! I have really enjoyed my membership, because it makes getting regular massages super easy (which I desperately need), but it’s also very accessible to people who just want an occasional massage. I have tried many massage therapists here, but Jessica is the best! She is really friendly and has great technique that really works out all the knots in my muscles. You should definitely try this place if you haven’t! Your body will thank you!

Trina has those hands! She is an awesome message therapist. I follow her to Hands and Stone from another facility. She listen to what you need and she never fails to delivery. Trina is the 'truth'! If you need a good message, go see Trina at Hand & Stone in Vestvia. I promise you that you will not be disappointed!
