After having an appointment on books for over a month I recieved a voicemail at work telling me there was an issue on their end and they would have to push my appointment at least another month and a half. I tried to ask why she said they scheduled me a 15 minute new patient slot and not a 30 minutes one. I said she told me when we booked it was a 30 minute and I got two confirmation emails and had talked to several people regarding it trying to actually move it forward. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Less than 12 hours before my daughter’s appointment , which was required to obtain a prescription, the physician cancelled. When we contacted the office for assistance, the nurse was rude, dismissive, and spoke in a condescending manner.

I raised concern about how we were being treated and asked that the focus remain on my daughter’s care. Days later, we received a certified letter dismissing her as a patient.

Healthcare offices may be busy, but courtesy, professionalism, and patient-centered care should still be the standard. Based on our experience, I would urge others to consider this carefully...read full review

Feels like an urgent care. Not really a place to address long standing issues as staff is not wanting to build rapport and relationships and overall have never been friendly. I loved Dr Crocker- have not had luck with any follow up staff. Consolidating my care at UAB in the future.
