F45 Liberty Park has the best coaches and workouts! All of the coaches are very motivating and helpful throughout the workout. I’ve never been able to stay consistent with working out until I started coming here! The workouts are fun and hard, and I can already see results from them! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good/fun workout!
Today was my first F45 workout and it was great! Coach Courtney and Coach Cora both push you to work your hardest and the atmosphere was perfect for a good workout. I got a good caloric burn and felt like I was challenged! Plus they do a good job at social distancing and cleaning all equipment. Definitely recommend trying F45 Liberty Park out!
I love the workouts and the coaches at F45 Liberty Park! F45 LP is a fun and encouraging atmosphere that is welcoming of folks of all fitness levels. There is so much variety to the workouts every time - which makes them not only loads of fun, but very effective. I already feel stronger after three weeks. I am so happy to have this gym so close by! ?
