Karen is wonderful! She is kind , caring, and a very nurturing physical therapist. My mom loves her, and looks forward to every visit. Karen brings lots of energy and enthusiasm to every physical therapy session. We feel so fortunate to have met Karen!

I was connected to Kristen via referral of a current client of his and couldn’t be more grateful for that referral. I’m located in Houston, Texas but was in Birmingham for the holidays and Kristen was gracious enough to work me into his busy schedule. I’d been seeing a PT weekly for a few months for some neck and shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with and hadn’t seen much improvement despite regular appointments and consistent PT outside of those appointments.

I’ve had a great experience with 10x recovering from a serious injury. Kristen is an exceptionally skilled PT, but what truly sets him apart, and makes him far better than any other PT I’ve worked with (and I’ve worked with tons), is how he actively listens to you and follows up with you after your appointment to see how you’re doing and adjust the therapy as needed. He sticks with you, encouraging and motivating, and adjusting the plan to help you recover. He also understands unique demands of certain sports / hobbies / jobs and does not do cookie cutter therapy — he tailors it to you and what you need.
