Saw the add for the $49 tune up and im so glad i called they had someone to work on our house that same week. Travis was super polite and very honest about the work needed in our unit. He took the time to explain everything in detail and offer different options. I definitely recommend them.

Saw their ad for a $49 AC check/service. Called and made an appointment that was a week and a half away. My appointment was for 5/29 between 9-11am. On the morning of the appointment, I get a call that they need to reschedule due to an emergency install. I very much understand that things happen and you need to take care of a customer who needs a new install. I was very accommodating and said "sure, when can you come out now?" The response I got was the earliest they could get to me was June 8th. Really?? I'm being understanding of my appointment being moved by the company and you move me to the back of the line??
