I was having some serious problems with my AC, so I called this company for help. The guy they sent out to me was very unprofessional and he didn’t even do a thorough inspection. He said there was nothing he could do to repair my system without replacing major components, which I later found out I didn’t even need to replace! Steer clear of these guys, they’re super shady. If you want a good and honest company, call Blake Brothers. They were very professional and fixed my HVAC in just a couple of hours!

Do not use this company unless you want to pay more for bad service. The technician will not show up when promised if he shows up at all. All guarantees are worthless. Dealing with the company will be an incredible waste of your time and money. The owner/manager is as non responsive as his poorly skilled and poorly equipped technician. Unless you want a total mess on your hands, steer clear of Morrow's Heating and Cooling.

Tech was fast and knowledgeable. Made a trip back to warehouse for a part when he could have waited until next day.
This also the company that replaced whole unit years earlier.
