Came in for Covid testing. Was told my insurance only paid partially. So I paid. I called BCBS and was told all Covid-related issues are covered 100‰. They told me to call them and ask them what billing code did they use because it had to be incorrect. They admitted the billing was wrong and would refund my money. No refund and no one answers the phone. When you go there no one is ever at the front desk. Bad business.

I absolutely love Dr. Maxwell and her nurses. They make you feel so comfortable talking about any of the issues you're dealing with. She genuinely cares about your health and takes the time to talk and listen to you w/o trying to just rush you out of her office to move on to the next patient. Strongly recommend her services 100%.
