My nail tech was awesome! She recommended me to get my nails dipped in powder for the color I wanted and they’re so pretty! I love it. I found me another new nail salon🥰🥰

I’ve never left a negative review before but the experience at this salon was so awful I feel like I have to. I was seated 40 mins after my appointment time and around 5 minutes into my appointment another worker came to tell my technician that she had another client seated. I booked a pedicure that was supposed to take around 40 mins but it was rushed into a 15 min appointment. When I informed the receptionist about my concerns she was very rude and dismissive of my concerns, which was shown when she rolled her eyes as I was talking to her. I wasn’t offered so much as an apology. It’s very disappointing because my nails turned out great and my technician was lovely but the customer service was awful and for that reason I’ll never come back.

I have been coming to this place for years and have never had such an awful experience. Usually I go to Hellen and she has always been SO kind to me and does a great job with my nails! Last weekend I came in to get my dip removed. I went with the first available artist, not my usual nail tech. I was put with Lee and he was incredibly rude to me. Rolling his eyes, shaking his head, huffing and puffing. Also was very rough with my nails. All of this went on throughout my entire appointment. I felt so uncomfortable and upset. When he finally got through he slapped my receipt on my phone and turned his head away. Didn't offer to file or cut down my nails. I didn't even want to ask at that point. They looked awful when I left. He even had another customer come to him while my nails were soaking off and he just shook his head and rolled his eyes at her. She ended up leaving. I left in tears. I have never been treated so awfully as a customer here. Extremely disappointed
