Dr. Warren Neal and his team are truly extraordinary. From the very first visit, they have treated my dog, Shadow, with a level of care and compassion that is nothing short of angelic. Shadow is more than just a pet to me, and it’s clear that Dr. Neal and everyone at the clinic understand this deeply. They go above and beyond to ensure he’s comfortable and happy, no matter what treatment he needs.

The entire staff is incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and dedicated — they are Shadow’s angels, and I feel so lucky to have them. Dr. Neal’s expertise and kindness bring peace of mind in moments when it matters most, and I always know Shadow is in the best hands. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing care and commitment.

If I can prevent just one person or ANIMAL from going through the HELL myself and my Gator just went through this will be worth it.

I took my Chihuahua Gator to Town & Country vet less than an hour ago to get his little painful rear end checked for problems he’s been having for several months. Me being a paramedic and worked for them for several years I knew it was his anal glands but they were so sore he would not let me express or drain them. I trusted them with my puppy as a tattooed lady came and got him and assured me he would be OK. The sounds I heard this dog make chilled me to the bone and made me think he was being boiled in hot oil. I ran out of the room to see 3 vet techs holding him down and him screaming. They assured me he was ok and I went back in the exam room….shaking. When said tattooed lady brought him back in and we questioned her as to what happened she LAUGHED and said “oh he got upset when we touched his belly”. Ok lady…he has NEVER made that sound when myself or anyone else touched his belly…yall FREAKING HURT AND FOREVER TRAUMATIZED MY SWEET GATOR. He did not deserve to be treated this way. I was charged almost 50 bucks for the exam, draining butt glands, AND a 2 dollar disposal fee for butt gland juice. Y’all charged me for that?… you could’ve put it in a freaking bag and I would’ve taken it home and disposed of it myself. I went to the front, asked to pay for my services today, canceled my cats appointment for tomorrow, and had to request an exam by the so-called Vet. Which they did not have me down for even after I requested antibiotics to give him when we got home so that was another $50.
These people laughed at what they did to my Gator and I will NEVER, EVER TAKE ANOTHER ANIMAL TO THEM…
    Unacceptable…
    I am beyond upset…
Neal…you have DISAPPOINTED me and it CANT be fixed…

My cat was in distress along with me. I had no idea my cat was just in pain and was really healing ❤️‍?. I thought my cat was paralyzed. My experience was beyond exceptional. Realize when you find a Doctors and Vets who truly care. ?

Extremely rude staff. I can’t understand how they let the girl at the front desk have a job there. I could over hear the staff making rude comments from the back. And when I entered the lobby, I heard the receptionist speaking awful about whatever poor soul she had on the phone seemingly just inquiring about scheduling an appointment. I felt unwelcomed and unwanted. And it seems I’m not the only one they treat this way. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Especially for an establishment I’m trying to trust with my animal.
I would never recommend a friend to use this place.

We couldn't be more grateful, Itzel is an excellent receptionist! He treated us very well and they treated our Stormy very well, the doctor and company were very good with Stormy, they were sincere, and above all professional with the diagnosis of our baby ?. We found the answer we needed, it was hard but the truth is always better. THANK YOU ❤️✨
