Whether you see Ashley or Cindy, you're sure to get a great massage! Cindy manages to find problem spots (primarily back, occasionally elbow/wrist) that I don't even notice and pushes out a lot of fluid. She also drastically improved the amount of headaches I was getting by working on my neck. Ashley better helps me understand what could be causing my issues and helps address the root cause. She uses different techniques to discover what works best. In addition to working on my back and utilizing cupping, she's worked on my elbow and wrist a great deal. Everything is much better when I get regular massages from either of these ladies! One day I'm going to try out the other services that they have on offer because they truly are a one-stop shop for all your recovery needs with cryotherapy, sauna, and Rapid Reboot in addition to the massage and associated add-ons. AND they have CBD to purchase too!
