I love southern roots! The salon is so cute! So clean! The stylist are great! Always a good experience!

Brooke did an awesome job on my hair. I've had blonde hair colored on top of my gray in my gray had grown out and she was able to blend it all together so that it looks like a natural blondish gray instead of a highlight job. She has done really well with haircuts on me and the girls there are always very friendly and professional! They also wax eyebrows 😍 she has done such a good job that I had her do all of my makeup and hair for my wedding and multiple other events.

I booked my first appointment here with Eden Weaver and she was awesome! She was prompt, so kind and personable, and so easy to work with! I had several requests for my hair while I was there and she was more than happy to help me with all of them, even giving me some tips for better hair growth, since I have been struggling with it for a while now! I’ve already booked with her again and I highly recommend you do so too!

I went in for my fist hair cut and my first keratins treatment. When I called I told them I had never had one before and asked would my hair be normal afterwards? To which I was told yes, just you can't get it wet for a few days to a week. So I walked into my appointment with way more confidence than I should have. I timed my appointment to coincide with going out for my birthday.

Let me tell you, my hair is not normal. So let me tell you about the keratin process since they couldn't be bothered to tell me: you will get your hair washed and cut (I asks to have it cut first to save on cost as I have a lot of hair), the treatment is put on, your hair is dried and then straightened ALOT. They will straighten each section like 5 times. You will walk out with very straight product dense hair. And I'm sure some would say duh?! Which yea duh, but I had never had this done. I've never had any treatment ever. So I literally knew nothing but what they informed me of. So if you don't like straight hair (raises their hand) be prepared. You should go as long as you possible without washing your hair afterwards. You need to keep it as straight as possible the whole time as well.

I'm sure I wouldn't be that upset had I'd be given all the pertain information (which would've resulted in me not getting that treatment a day before going out for my birthday). However whoever answers the phone either is not educated enough in the services the salon offers, or they don't care. I did state multiple times on the phone I didn't know anything about the process and had never even heard of it. Also that I was going out and wanted my hair to look nice and blown out.

It's so far from what I wanted to look like on my night out that I still haven't ruled out just washing it all out. The only thing stopping me is the $300 price tag that came with this epic mistake. Something most people (myself very much included) can't be throwing down the drain. I don't even know if I fully like my hair cut as I haven't been able to get past how much I hate my hair.

In the end I cried in my car the ride home. Other than the lack of communication (which seems to be a theme) maybe they’re fine to go to. But in the end I’m left with hair I hate and I felt more like a walking dollar to them than a person. Because why else would they not give all the information for something that expensive?

I was lucky to get a last-minute appointment today after arriving from Europe, because I really wanted to try the typical “Bama blonde.” I’m absolutely thrilled with my hair! Kristen made something possible that I’ve honestly never had before. Thank you so much — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Madison is an amazing hairstylist. Been going to her for several months. She cares a lot about her clients And does amazing work. I have medium length hair as a guy it’s been hard to find someone who can trim it correctly and Madison has been wonderful!

I always enjoy my experience! Ashlynn is the BEST! I have been using her for almost 2 years now and have never left her chair disappointed. She is so friendly and professional.
