The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced!!! Drove over an hour to get here for a birthday party that my sister spent a lot of money for bowling, laser tag , mini golf and the arcade for 10 kids - We even loaded extra money on the arcade games for tickets and points for the kids to get prizes! When we got ready to leave THE TICKET PRIZE STORE was CLOSED - so all the money we spent and for my 3 small children the wanted a prize and so an hour drive empty handed. I will NEVER go back - I even asked the lady at desk if she could add our points and just give us a prize for them and she refused with a SMILE and said sorry it’s closed … do NOT open the ARCADE if kids can’t get a prize for their tickets they won!

The bartender was very disrespectful to multiple people tonight; leading to a discourse that made this “family friendly” place not family friendly at all. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there. But rolling your eyes at people and having an attitude for simply asking for fried pickles and a drink is absolutely insane. I know if you treated my husband and his friends that way, you definitely treated the group that way that had reacted so negatively. Better staff training is needed

I paid for 2 hours of bowling and only played for 1 hour due to my arm started hurting. I went and talked to the manager asking for a refund of the hour I didn’t play or use the money I already payed to use on something else besides bowling due to my arm hurting. She said she can’t do that either. You can’t keep someone money after they played 1 hour and paid for 2 hours. You should refund my money I didn’t use

Drive and hour and a half tell my children and fiance on her birthday that we are doing something fun get all the way here just to find out they false advertised their store hours on both their front door and on maps and everywhere else for that matter, its only 8pm, and the worker outside even said the supervisor wanted to close early because it was slow today. So now everyone's day is ruined because some lazy old woman wants to have a bad attitude with people, o top of not even paying for wasted gas over their own false advertisement
