Riverside Podiatry

I've been a patient here for a couple months. I put in an appointment request and it was answered within a couple hours to be established as a new patient. I was dreading the possible weeks or months of waiting but to my surprise, I only had to wait 1 week for an appointment. I was in so much pain, I didn't even bother to check if they were in-network to my insurance. The reviews did initially give me pause but the initial appointment went well. The staff very nice, quick to answer questions or concerns, and insurance claims are filed quickly and accurately. Dr. Hope did an X-Ray on me and told me that the bone was growing into the skin, what didn't make sense is the he recommended permanent toenail avulsion surgery when the root cause was the bone growing into the skin. Overall I don't feel like Dr. Hope fully addressed my concern.

Doctor and office staff were all very nice! He had me in and out very quickly. Talked me through the procedure first so I knew what to expect, which I appreciated since I was very nervous.
