Mr. Risley got us scheduled very quickly. He responded to my request for a quote on a Sunday which I was not at all expecting. He kept me informed every step of the way. Before he even came out he asked if we had any questions or specific concerns, then following the inspection (which we had in our hand by the end of the same day), he made sure we had no questions. He took pictures of everything and gave us the confidence we need to feel comfortable buying our first home. Bill did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He was incredibly kind, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. After completing the inspection, he walked us through the home and carefully explained what would be in the report, making sure we understood everything and answering all of our questions.
