Patrick is the best in the business as far as I'm concerned, you won't find a more thorough and honest home inspector. He was extremely professional and helpful in anything we asked and made sure to point out many things we would have never noticed without his expertise. On top of it all, his rate was extremely fair. I highly recommend Patrick Erb for your home inspection needs.
