Workers were extremely rude. I recommend going to the one on McFarland where they are nicer. It's a much more positive environment.

Planet fitness on Skyland in Tuscaloosa has no lights in the parking area. It is extremely dark and the only light they have is from the headlights of the parked cars. It is very dangerous! I was told that there’s no cameras in the parking area which is a cause for safety. Also, a worker told me that she was afraid to walk to her car at the end of her shift because it’s so dark out. Another concern is the lockers in the workout area, there’s plenty available but, majority of them do not work!!!! I’m sure planet can fix these issues considering there’s 3 PF locations here. I just don’t want to go out of my way to workout in another part of town when this location is up the street from my home.

The night guy is amazing! Professional and he needs a raise he’s holding this payment fitness down- I previously had a negative experience but he made me change my mind1 very attentive to the customers needs and I appreciate it- give him a good raise-

Sad but true the Planet Fitness property owners don't like trucks parking in their parking lot to patronize their tenants who lease areas of the shopping center. The property owners like to receive their supplies but boot the truck driver out who would like to go to the Planet Fitness.
