Do not take any dress/gown that is expensive or has sequins/beads on it. Your dress will be ruined and they will hand it to you like nothing happened.

I took my husband pant over to get cleaned. But now they don't know where they are. And they are talking about getting some free cleaning. U don't want any cleaning. I want my husband pant to be replaced.

Place is pretty cool… 🆒 they will give you as many clothes hangers as you can handle… it’s also something that they are giving me some Of the cactus 🌵from the very large bush that is in front of the building. I will Definitely return for pressing and cleaning.

Took some laundry to get get cleaned. And had some red jeans in there with my clothes. They washed the red jeans with my lighter jeans and the dye messed up majority of my clothes. They don’t reimburse all they said was I can get credit for another cleaning. I don’t want that I want my money I spent for my clothes. Everything I took there was (purple brand clothing line) which is not cheap. I suggest don’t ever use this cleaners in life. They need to get rid of them young people and get the old folks back. This the worst experience ever in life

The worst Dry Cleaners in the entire state of Alabama. Customer Service sucks quality of work is worse than that! And when you bring it to their attention they get mad at you and don’t offer any resolution or apology for not meeting the customers idea of what quality should be with their belongings. Was very rude. And the fact they you pay up front before the work is done makes it harder to get anything done about it! Terrible work! Terrible customer service don’t waste your time or money!

Dropped cleaning off. Sign , receipt and web site indicated dry cleaner would be open on Saturdays from 10-1; however, I am not able to get my clothes because the cleaners is closed for Alabama’s A day game that starts at 3:00 p.m. If you pull up their website, it is showing as open. I am a big on customer service. I wish there was a way to give them a negative 5. Numerous customers have shown up to pick up their clothes as well. Poor service.
